Introduction

OneVest Management Inc. (“OneVest”, “we”, “us”, or “our[s]”) collect, use, process, disclose and distribute your personal information based on your consent and in accordance with our OneVest Legal - Privacy Policy, practices, and applicable legislation.

Below is a list of choices you have when it comes to how we collect, use, process, disclose and distribute your personal information.

Requesting access to personal information, Updating or correcting personal information & Withdrawing your consent

To request access to your personal information, update or correct personal information we have on file for you and/or to withdraw your consent in sharing/using your personal information, email OneVest’s Privacy Officer at legal@onevest.com or by mail to Attention: Privacy Officer (OneVest), PO Box 1145, STN Central, Calgary, AB, T2P 2K9.

NOTE: To ensure personal information is released only to authorized parties, OneVest is obligated to verify the identity of anyone to whom it releases personal information to by taking reasonable attempts to identify who we are dealing with before providing or disseminating any information.

Filing a complaint

To file a complaint against any of our products and/or services, email OneVest at complaints@onevest.com or by mail to Attention: OneVest, PO Box 1145, STN Central, Calgary, AB, T2P 2K9.

NOTE: OneVest is obligated to verify the identity of anyone who has filed a complaint against their products and/or services.

Deleting your OneVest account

To delete your OneVest account, email OneVest at legal@onevest.com or by mail to Attention: OneVest, PO Box 1145, STN Central, Calgary, AB, T2P 2K9.

NOTE: Deletion includes
- Removal of your personal information from your online account
- Removal of your email address from our distribution lists

While your data is deleted from our account database, we may maintain some of your data to comply with legal requirements and for other legitimate business purposes. Also, if you delete or deactivate all or part(s) of your account, we may not be able to provide you with a particular product and/or service as a result.

Control cookies

Where used, you may disable non-essential cookies by withdrawing your consent to them at onboarding.

You may use your web browser to:
- delete all cookies
- block all cookies
- allow all cookies
- block “third-party” cookies
- clear all cookies when you close the browser
- open a “private browsing”/”incognito” session, which allows you to browse the web without recording your browsing history or storing local data such as cookies (you should however be aware of the limitations of this feature in a privacy context) and

You may unsubscribe from receiving promotional communications from us at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the email you receive from us. Otherwise, feel free to request a change to your communication preferences by contacting the Privacy Officer at legal@onevest.com or by mail to Attention: Privacy Officer (OneVest), PO Box 1145, STN Central, Calgary, AB, T2P 2K9.

NOTE: Your withdrawal of such consent may limit your ability to obtain certain products and/or services. Even if you choose to opt out of communications, we will continue to send you transactional messages about your products and/or services.
