What career & life path led you to working at OneVest?
I have known since taking my first few finance courses that I wanted a career related to markets. Since then, I have worked in the asset management industry in roles conducting equity research, portfolio analysis and construction, and macro research, and when I saw the opportunity at OneVest I jumped on it. Working at OneVest provides a unique opportunity to combine my experience with technology to help increase investment opportunities for everyone.
What do you do at OneVest?
As an Associate Portfolio Manager, my primary responsibility is focused on portfolio construction. I have the job of building varying portfolios with different objectives through our investment and market research and am always looking for new strategies that would add to our current portfolios.
What is your favourite part about working at OneVest?
My favourite part about working at OneVest is definitely the people. The best environment one could hope for is one where those around you are strongly driven and are eager to assist you when needed.
What do you do outside of work?
Outside of work I try to stay active and enjoy trying out new activities. I enjoy hanging out with friends and my two Shiba Inus dogs. I also aspire to travel to different places and explore new cultures.
