How We Hire
Step 1

Our hiring managers assess all applications to identify candidates best suited for the role, reviewing them as they come in.

Successful applicants often include a cover letter or note expressing their interest in the team, and a mention of their interest in finance, FinTech, or SaaS, regardless of experience.

Step 2

If your application stands out, we'll arrange an interview within the next week, which may be in-person or virtual based on locations.

Remember, interviews are a two-way street: we're keen to learn about you, and we invite your questions about our team.

Step 3

For certain roles, we'll ask you to complete a practical exercise.

We respect your time and keep these exercises brief, straightforward, and directly related to what you'd be working on day-to-day.

Step 4

Decisions are made a few days after completing all candidate evaluations. If you're the chosen candidate, our recruitment team will extend an offer. Otherwise, we'll offer feedback on your application and welcome any feedback from you.
