What career & life path led you to working at OneVest?
I had a major career pivot not too long ago after working in Lab Science for almost a decade. I started to experiment with web development on my own and ended up really loving it. After completing a full stack development program, here I am at OneVest doing QA. It can be daunting leaving a career you feel comfortable in, but I feel so grateful and fulfilled working with a team that is so passionate about what they do.

What do you do outside of work?
When I’m not at work, I can usually be found spending time with my family here in BC. I love puttering around the house cooking, gardening, and lounging around with my husband and cat. I’m a big traveler and constantly dreaming of my next getaway (hoping to venture to Portugal next!). Until then, I’ll be exploring around my home here, on beautiful Vancouver Island.
