What career & life path led you to working at OneVest?
I was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and from an early age I was interested in how things work and technology, I graduated as an electronics technician and then graduated in computer science in 2005 when I started working as a software developer. I worked in companies from different areas such as logistics, industry, banking, and finally in a cryptocurrency exchange where I worked for 4 years and learned about trade and investment operations.
What do you do at OneVest?
I'm a senior software developer at OneVest. I work in the backend development team and together with the team I implement solutions that deliver new features to the products and offer support to teammates and other teams. I am very happy and proud to be able to contribute and participate in the construction of an important product that brings the world of investments closer to regular people.
What is your favourite part about working at OneVest?
It is really a very collaborative environment, with very easy and open communication with the team members, I feel very comfortable in proposing solutions and I also have the autonomy to implement and contribute with ideas to improve the work environment. Even working remotely, I feel the personal contact as if I were in the office every day.
What do you do outside of work?
I really enjoy following motorsport competitions and I also participate in amateur go-kart championships. I also like to spend time with my family.
