What career & life path led you to working at OneVest?
My Software Engineering Journey started in Sri Lanka as an R&D software engineer and full-stack developer in two different leading companies. Then I moved to Singapore as a Senior Software Engineer in the fintech and AI-related domains working for the biggest Investment bank in Europe. Finally, got an opportunity to join OneVest in the same fintech domain with a brilliant set of people.
What do you do at OneVest?
I started the OneVest journey as a back-end developer and now working in all the domains. I admire the vast amount of fintech domain knowledge that I can achieve when developing features for the Investment banking sector.
What is your favourite part about working at OneVest?
I love what we are building in the wealth management space. At OneVest, I'm always a part of a discussion, and everyone's idea counts. We strongly believe diversity is new knowledge; and OneVest is rich in that.
What do you do outside of work?
Outside my working time, I'm dealing with my research activities on Brain waves and currently got my M.Phil degree in research. Apart from that, I'm a martial arts (Taekwondo) player who has already placed my name in University and Provincial level tournaments in Sri Lanka. So I practice that sometimes!! The rest of the time is for my family!
